My Clinical Approach: What I Do

My practice serves as a comprehensive clinical entry point for new or undiagnosed injuries, moving beyond symptom management to establish a precise medical diagnosis.

- Root Cause & Load Management: I investigate exactly how and why an injury occurred, analyzing training volume spikes, equipment, and surface changes.
- Kinetic Chain Assessment: I evaluate the body holistically to determine if pain in one area is caused by dysfunction in another.
- Precision Guidance: I utilize bedside diagnostic ultrasound during physical exams to visualize muscles, tendons, and joints in real-time.

Note: Ultrasound is currently used for clinical judgment and procedural guidance rather than formal radiological diagnosis and is included at no additional cost.

Concussion Gatekeeping: I perform detailed neurological evaluations using the global SCOAT6 standard for both initial diagnosis and formal medical "gatekeeper" clearance for return-to-play.
