Ages 3-18 months
One-on-one lessons aiding the development of:
• Neural pathways.
• Sensory integration.
• Muscle strength.
• Milestone development.
• Balance and coordination.
• Emotional security and confidence.
Through age appropriate, gentle, play-based, sensory activities.
Ages 1-3 years
one-on-one lessons.
These lessons focus on the basic building blocks of movement:
• Locomotion (running, skipping etc.)
• Manipulation.
• Spatial awareness
• Balance.
• Body awareness.
• Rhythm and timing.
• Fine motor
If siblings are between 1-3 years old, then a group lesson may be done at a discounted rate.
Ages 3-6 years
These lessons focus on the same components as the toddler development lessons; however, they are adapted to be age and developmentally appropriate activities.
These lessons are given in groups of 5 children separated into the following age groups:
- Group one – 3–4-year-olds
- Group two – 5-6-year-olds
These group lessons are held on Fridays. There are three lessons per an age group. Lessons are 30 minutes long.
Ages 6-13 years old
These lessons focus on developing spatial abilities, which play a vital role in a child’s overall learning and movement development. Strong spatial skills support mathematical understanding, hand-eye and foot-eye coordination, handwriting, concentration, laterality, directionality, sequencing, postural stability and motor planning.
During these sessions, we specifically work on enhancing:
• Visual discrimination- the ability to see the difference between shapes, letters, numbers, and objects that look similar.
• Visual memory- the ability to remember what something looks like after seeing it.
• Figure–ground perception- the ability to find and focus on an object in a busy or cluttered space, like spotting a word on a full page.
• Perceptual constancy- understanding that an object stays the same even when its size, shape, or position changes.
• Perception of spatial relationships- understanding how objects relate to each other in space, such as above, below, next to, or between.
• Visual-motor coordination- the ability to use the eyes and body together to perform tasks like writing, catching, or cutting.
• Position-in-space awareness- knowing where your body or an object is in relation to other things, which helps with posture, movement, and writing on a page.
These foundational skills help children better understand their bodies in space and support both academic readiness and effective movement control.
