Dr Feroza Mansoor is a medical doctor qualified at UKZN with an MBChB in 1991 and a Post Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health in 2002. Dr Mansoor is passionate about self-empowerment and is an avid learner and teacher. She has acquired numerous coaching and other qualifications over the years. She brings together her knowledge, expertise, multiple qualifications, skills and life experience and chooses to work as a Conscious Transformation Leadership Coach and Holistic Wellness Coach with a focus on Stress Management and Anxiety Management.

Her deep knowledge and understanding of the MIND- BODY- SOUL- ENERGY connection allows her to customize her consulting or coaching for a holistic “client centric” approach based on the client’s needs in the moment. She is passionate about empowering her clients/ patients with knowledge and skills about their physical, emotional, mental or spiritual health so that they can take responsibility for their Holistic Health and Wellness

Dr Feroza Mansoor helps her clients to shift from an “unconscious” to a “conscious” state so that the client is empowered to make changes in their lives and to consciously create the life that they want for themselves. She supports lifestyle changes for best health outcomes and helps clients to actively change “unconscious” habits into “conscious” habits.

She has a deep understanding of Emotional Intelligence and helps clients navigate their Emotional Resilience Journey. Clients find a “safe space” that is “non judgemental” to think, process emotions and make sense of their lives and challenges and to find solutions.
